Provenance

Nothing is sourced
for convenience.

Every component travels to our atelier in Geneva before a single screw is turned. We have worked with the same suppliers for nineteen years. We do not tender. We do not switch.

01Material

Mazzucchelli Acetate

Milled in Castiglione Olona since 1849. The only acetate that holds colour at depth — what you see in the blank is what you wear in twenty years.

02Optics

Carl Zeiss Lenses

Ground in Oberkochen, Germany. Prescribed individually. The lens is the reason for the frame — we will not compromise what sits inside it.

03Structure

Japanese Titanium

Grade-5 alloy, sourced from Fukui Prefecture. Bent cold, by hand. The temple holds its set for a decade without loosening.

Eyewear artisan workshop bench with tools and titanium components

Ten thousand pairs.

Each one the first.

Not a lifestyle. A way of seeing.

Hands of a professional resting on papers at a desk, titanium frame visible

The partner who hasn't worn a visible logo since 1997.

Open leather-bound book with reading glasses resting on page in afternoon light

The collector who flies to Tokyo for a single vintage frame.

Detail of jacket and shirt collar, eyewear temple resting on shoulder

The heir who wants something their grandchildren will inherit.

One frame.
Worn for decades.

The private collection is updated twice yearly.
